  • Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), health camps, and awareness sessions

  • Track referral performance and optimize engagement strategies

  • Business Development

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand hospital partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities including corporate tie-ups and wellness programs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing with service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

  • Drive initiatives to improve brand positioning and patient loyalty

  • Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in marketing , business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as social media management platforms and content creation software.
