Principal Roles & Responsibilities: To perform end to end HR operations for PAN India.
- PTo assist in managing employee life cycle right from manpower planning till exit formalities.
- PTo assist in hiring requirements across functions in line with the annual man power planning budgeted: starting from formulation of Job profile, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, offering till offer Acceptance.
- PTo impart smooth and effective pre-onboarding, induction and post Induction formalities to create an engaging experience and smooth handover to respective departmental head for new Convergeans.
- PTo assist in making various MIS reports and maintain employee master in the HRMS from time to time to present to the management.
- To handle the back-end operations of HR Admin for HRMS portal and Field Force Reporting portal – PEARL.
- PTo conduct exit interviews and document the responses in the pre-defined format to update from time to time.
- To look into Attendance, leave management, unlocking requests for DCR, HRIS and timely payroll processing. To keep an eagle eye on employee activities through reporting portals and report necessary events to superior.
- To scrutinize and process monthly travel allowance expense claims. To ensure timely payment of the same.
- PTo look into statutory compliance of the organization and ensure timely payments of Provident Fund, ESIC, etc. in coordination with Finance and Accounts department.
- PTo plan and execute employee engagement activities in order to establish a harmonizing and healthy work culture at work place.
- Responsible for grievance handling and resolution in timely manner.
- To execute the ongoing and upcoming HR projects viz. HRMS Portal implementation for field and HO; Integration with Biometric system, automated Salary Processing, automated time management, HR Letters and Reports generation from the Portal.
- PTo initiate, prepare and issue HR letters from time to time as per company policy, including but not limited to Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Probationary Assessments, Confirmation Letters, Re-designation Letters, Promotion Letters, Relieving Letters, Experience Letters, etc. as appropriate.
- PTo liaise with vendors on need basis, identify new and ensure proper vendor management.
- To prepare salary inputs and Final settlement inputs.
- POthers as deemed appropriate by the organization.
- Post-graduation/ Master's degree/ equivalent in Human Resource Management or similar; followed by relevant work experience between minimum 1 to 3 years.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to empathize with target audience (Employees existing and prospects), analyze the situation and execute clear action plan accordingly.
- Conflict Management Skills and Problem Solving approach.
- PAbility to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, timeliness and administrative approach.
