Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Manager

Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full-time | Experience: 2–4 years

About String MetaverseString Metaverse is a fintech and gaming company bridging traditional finance with Web3 innovation. With offices in the UAE, Hong Kong, and Canada, we are expanding globally and seeking a skilled HR professional to lead recruitment, culture, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for tech and non-tech roles.
    • Build a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.
    • Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
    • Support performance reviews, learning programs, and employee development.
    • Partner with leadership on people strategy, retention, and HR analytics.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR (Generalist, Talent Partner, or HR Manager).
  • Experience in product-based or tech/startup environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, ATS, and HRMS tools.
