 Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management

team.

 Understanding product offerings of the company.

 Quote preparation and sharing with customers on time.

 Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of

delays, arranging delivery dates, ensuring material is delivered on time.

 Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices,

discounts, and product numbers.

 Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring

all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

 Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are

handled efficiently.

 Invoice submission and ensuring timely remittance of invoices from all the customers.

 Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies related to invoice remittances.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required

· 2+ years' experience in similar field .

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹250,000.00 per month
