Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth for our Blockchain division. You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and helping us expand our footprint in the Web3, DeFi, and GameFi sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads and clients across Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and
Gaming sectors.
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies via LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM
tools, and community outreach.
- Leverage Web3 lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Crunchbase, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CoinMarketCap, DappRadar, and DefiLlama.
- Explore communities on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X) to discover and engage
with potential partners.
- Build and manage prospect lists using , , or Lusha, ensuring verified
and high-quality contacts.
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with the business development team.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and pipeline information.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach campaigns.
Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and represent ChicMic
Studios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Blockchain
industries.
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, DeFi, and the Web3 ecosystem.
Proven experience using Web3-specific platforms like CoinMarketCap, DappRadar,
DefiLlama, or Messari for lead research.
- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools such as , Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative
environment.
