- Support revenue and margin goals, including Net Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
- Conduct market studies and prepare annual budgets based on market potential and strategic objectives.
- Manage multi-channel distribution networks, ensuring product availability and partner engagement.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams technical, operations, marketing to deliver tailored textile solutions leveraging.
Represent Nitta at trade shows, OEM discussions, and client meetings, championing brand quality and performance advantages.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Textile Engineering, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Experience: Freshers with sharp communication and organizational skills or candidates with 8+ years of experience in business developmentpreferably Textile Machinery Sales related.
- Preferred communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) for better customer outreach.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, self-driven, result-oriented, disciplined, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
