Executive Director of Technical Textiles

The ideal candidate will drive business expansion and growth in multiple technical textile verticals. This high-level leadership position requires strong sales, business development, and innovation skills to strengthen supplier networks and lead sourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for end-to-end P&L, sales, margins, and collections ownership.
  • Strengthen supplier and dealer networks both domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and R&D departments for innovative solutions.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, including sourcing, quality, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-25 years of experience in trading or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong track record of sales and business development achievements.
  • Deep knowledge of textiles, including products and technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage robust supplier networks globally.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills in a cross-functional setting.
