Job Summary
:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing textile business. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales conversions. This role requires expertise in Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), market analysis, and relationship management to help drive our business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies to promote textile products across multiple platforms.

Create, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Conduct lead follow-ups, engage prospects, and convert them into customers.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events (if required).


Requirements
:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, or similar role in textile, fashion, or apparel industry.

Proficiency in Marathi, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, social media marketing.

Excellent communication, sales closing, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Skills
(Added Advantage):

Experience in B2B textile marketing or garment export sales.

Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and online textile marketplaces.
