Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to reach and manage Request for Quotes (RFQs) and drive sales opportunities for Go For It Communications. This role involves identifying and calling prospective clients, handling in/outbound RFQs, preparing proposals, and converting leads into revenue-generating projects.
Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to RFQs.
· Qualify clients as per their requirements
· Analyze incoming RFQs from clients and assess feasibility. Understand client needs and industry trends to refine proposal strategies.
· Collaborate with inhouse teams to draft compelling proposals.
· Present proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
· Ensure pricing, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and project feasibility.
· Follow up on open RFQs to maximize conversion rates.
· Negotiate and close proposals
· Payment followup

Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Sales Professionals – 1+ years in Agency sales, B2B sales, affiliate sales, or corporate sales
Experience in RFQ handling
Strong Networkers – Connections in Sales/ Brand/ Marketing/ Ad Agency teams
Self-Motivated Closers – Ability to work independently and close deals
Result-Oriented Individuals – Driven by performance-based earnings
Excellent Communicators – Strong negotiation and presentation skills
High-achieving sales performers with a documented track record of success.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, Email Tools, Canva, Whatsapp, MS Office, PowerPoint, and proposal documentation.
Mindset: Target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously
What You'll Do:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how G4i's industry leading solutions will solve their problems while delivering value to their business. Oversee the entire sales process, with a focus on expanding new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with G4i internal teams.
Responsibilities
· Identify and acquire new clients who want to raise the bar on their demand generation, brand visibility and content and creative communications efforts.
· Your sales prowess will shine as you maintain a consultative relationship with clients through the understanding of the industry and specific organizational marketing challenges, including systems and processes
· Generate and close new business opportunities through targeted outreach with prospective client contacts, networking, leveraging existing relationships.
· Cold-call/email.
· Create and pitch proposals which include media plans, content and creative services
· Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence
· Provide regular reports on RFQ performance and pipeline status.
· Manage the new business pipeline, as well as weekly status and quarterly reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360, ₹600,000.00 per year
