Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and well-spoken
Sales Executives
for our Hyderabad showroom who have a passion for luxury products, design aesthetics, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will engage with architects, designers, builders, and end clients, guiding them through our curated collections and helping them choose products that define refined living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage clients visiting the showroom, offering personalized product presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right luxury solutions across bath, surfaces, façade, and wellness categories.
  • Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with repeat clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining Valueline's standard of excellence in client experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and market trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of showroom or retail sales experience (luxury interiors, bath, tiles, or home décor preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for design, architecture, and luxury lifestyle products.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
