We've built and run large BI programs and are now formalizing a lean, outcomes‑driven sales motion.Role Summary:You will open doors with our ICP (Heads of Data/Analytics/IT; business leaders owning analytics) inAutomotive, Manufacturing, Logistics & FMCG, run tightly targeted outbound (LinkedIn + email), and hand offqualified opportunities (SQOs)to founders. This isnotad‑ops or per‑lead marketing; it's service‑sales prospecting, qualification, and meeting generation with crisp hygiene.Outcomes (First 6 weeks):≥4 accepted ICP meetings (30‑min with target persona on our topics)≥1 SQO (all 6 must‑haves met: persona, pain‑fit, ≤6‑month timeline, budget path/owner, decision process, dated next step )Clean CRM/Sheet notes & weekly learning reportWhat you'll do:ICP research & list‑build in LinkedIn Sales Navigator; produce targeted account/persona listsWrite & run outreach : 3‑touch / 10‑day cadences (LinkedIn + email) with short, outcome‑led copyBook founder‑led meetings and qualify to the SQO standardMaintain hygiene : log notes, send recap emails, track artifacts (invites, summaries)Report weekly : activity, outcomes, lessons, next week planOperating Rules:Quality > volume : hand‑built lists; personalized first linesNo paid ads ; no automation toolsIdentity : your own LinkedIn (with "Contract — Dunboxed") or a Dunboxed seat. No login to founder accountsDaily caps : ≤30 connection requests/day total across all users; email ≤100/weekSecurity : use mailbox; 2FA on all accountsCompliance : respect do‑not‑contact list; anti‑spam best practicesMust-Have Qualifications:5–10 years in B2B services sales (not SaaS‑only), ideally for analytics/data/IT consultingStrong prospecting in Sales Navigator; fast filter logic; accurate persona targetingProven cold copywriting (≤90 words, outcome‑led), with examplesSolid discovery & qualification (budget path, owner, decision steps, timeline)CRM/notes discipline ; clear written English; self‑managed remote workComfort engaging India enterprise buyers (Auto, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG)Nice to have:Familiarity with Power BI / Fabric , governance/COE concepts, capacity cost leversDomain exposure in Auto/Manufacturing/Industrial or FMCGReferences or artifacts (redacted emails, calendar screenshots) showing wins
