Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Sales Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Immigration Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs, conducting consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice on visa-related processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, maintaining thorough knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves active communication with potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
