Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Professional with an Interior Design background to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and close high-value projects. The role requires a strong understanding of interior design concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present design concepts, materials, and product options in a compelling and professional manner.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve strategies.
- Represent the company at premium events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design or modular furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with premium clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional in approach.
