Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our leading automobile dealership in Hyderabad. The role involves promoting and selling small commercial vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for small commercial vehicles.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain product features, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the dealership team for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (automobile/commercial vehicle experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel within the Hyderabad region.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable small commercial vehicle models.
- Explain product features, pricing, financing, and after-sales services clearly to customers.
- Prepare and present quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the dealership team to ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM/sales reports.
