Business Development Executive – Brand Collaborations

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can bring in collaborations for our YouTube show and for the creator we manage. The role involves identifying potential brand partners, reaching out via email, building relationships, negotiating deals, and successfully closing collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential brand and agency partners aligned with our content.
- Draft and send professional outreach emails to brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing managers, agencies, and brand reps.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets to close deals.
- Work closely with the creator and production team to ensure smooth execution of collaborations.
- Maintain a pipeline/report of all outreach and conversions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong email etiquette and ability to pitch effectively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with closing deals independently.
- Knowledge of YouTube/creator ecosystem is a plus.
