Role Purpose

Responsible for operations & implementation of Performance Management related interventions such as driving & executing Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual performance review, development plans & other PMS operations activities.

Role Accountability

  1. Support the implementation of performance management, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework
  2. Contribute to driving PMS-related activities
  3. Maintain repository of PMS-related documents
  4. Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes
  5. Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development
  6. Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS
  7. Support in managing employee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process & portal related support
  8. Develop self, and work effectively with different teams and diverse population

Measures of Success

  1. Drive PMS timely & effectively
  2. Effectively support all PMS-related activities
  3. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. HR specialization
  2. Process knowledge of HR processes & practices
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  4. Ability to work under tight deadlines
  5. Process knowledge & understanding of PMS-related activities

MBA in Human Resources
