 YOUR ROLE

We're looking for a
force-multiplier
who can turn chaos into clarity, big ideas into execution, and help the CEO focus on what matters most. Think of this role as part strategist, part operator, part communicator — and all about making things happen to take Arrowhead to great heights.

Your work will involve:

  • Be the CEO's co-pilot
    – help set priorities, prep for big investor meetings, and make sure the company's eyes are on the right goals.
  • Own the big projects
    – if it's high-stakes, cross-functional, and "someone has to make sure this actually gets done," it's yours.
  • Be in two places at once
    – join key meetings (sometimes in the CEO's seat), capture insights, and drive follow-through.
  • Special ops
    – take on surprise missions like exploring new markets, structuring partnerships, or helping design the org of the future.
  • Build the playbook, not just follow it
    – connect with founders, operators, and leaders in other startups, borrow their best ideas, and bring back fresh processes and frameworks to make us sharper.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background
    – consulting, strategy, ops, or high-growth startup experience is great, but we care more about
    impact and adaptability
    than titles.

Preferred
: Ex-MBB consulting and/or founder experience and/or Founder's office at a very fast-growing startup

  • Strategic brain + operator's hustle
    – you can switch between big-picture thinking and getting into the weeds without breaking a sweat.

  • Data-driven instincts
    – you love dashboards, KPIs, and making decisions backed by numbers.
