Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Associate, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Founder's Office is a high-impact role working directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. You will act as an execution partner and problem-solver, helping scale the business across supply chain, sales, finance, and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Founder on strategy, decision-making, and execution of high-priority projects
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to support new opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between sales, operations, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Build dashboards & track KPIs (sales growth, inventory utilization, customer acquisition, margins)
  • Handle ad-hoc problem solving and firefighting for operational bottlenecks
  • Ensure follow-through and accountability on Founder's key priorities

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate from Tier-1/2 institute (preferably Business, Economics or Finance)
  • 0–3 years' experience for Associate (up to 6–8 years for Chief of Staff)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • High ownership, ability to work in ambiguity with a positive mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and well-versed with MS Office
  • Experience in
    paper, packaging, supply chain, or B2B trade/fintech
    is a plus
