Job description:
As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will act as a force multiplier for the founder—handling strategy, execution, special projects, and cross-functional alignment. You'll get exposure to all aspects of business building: operations, growth, partnerships, finance, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support
- Assist the founder in planning and executing strategic initiatives across business verticals.
- Support decision-making through research, data analysis, and insights.
- Prepare business cases, investment decks, and internal strategy documents.
- Operations Management
- Coordinate with different teams (e.g., marketing, ops, trainers, finance) to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Set up SOPs and improve efficiency in gym and back-office operations.
- Special Projects
- Own and drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution (e.g., launching a new location, tech implementation, member retention programs).
- Build and implement project trackers, OKRs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Founder Enablement
- Act as a proxy for the founder in internal and external meetings when needed.
- Handle communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.
- External Relations
- Support in investor communications, partnerships, and vendor negotiations.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- MBA in Finance (mandatory) from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, financial strategy, or high-growth business environments.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, or fitness is a huge plus.
