This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or business operations, who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys solving cross-functional challenges.What You’ll Do- Drive and support key strategic projects across operations, hiring, marketing, and growth - Manage founder’s schedule, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-ups are closed - Build and maintain trackers, reports, and internal decks - Represent the founder in key communications when neededWhat We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced roles (startups, Advertising agency, strategy, operations, EA, etc.) - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Strong in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic data analysis - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity - Ownership mindset and ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us- Work closely with the founder and core leadership - Gain cross-functional exposure in a growing digital agency - High learning curve, fast-paced execution, and meaningful growth opportunities
