Job DescriptionLocation: Koramangala, BangaloreExperience: 1.5+ yearEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleCureous Labs is seeking a highly organised and proactive Founder’s Office Associate to support the Founder CEO across a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic functions. This role is pivotal in freeing up the founder's bandwidth to focus on growth, fundraising, and revenue generation. You will act as a force multiplier — driving execution, maintaining team momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Operations Support- Plan and track daily tasks and deliverables for the internal team - Setup Meetings with Team as well as potential Partnerships - Make weekly plans for the team by discussing with the founder and department heads. - Help Plan, Schedule and Prioritise tasks for the founder and delegate to the team as per the nature and domain of work - Coordinate with vendors (both domestic and international) for manufacturing and component procurement - Handle customs clearance documentation and follow-upCommunication & Documentation- Manage and respond to emails across investors, partners, vendors, and government bodies - Prepare and maintain required documents, pitch presentations, and grant applications - Create brochures, videos, proposals, and pitch decks as required - Find and Apply to Grants and AwardsHR, Legal & Compliance- Draft and manage employee documents, NDAs, contracts, and agreements - Post job openings on LinkedIn, screen basic applications, and help with onboarding formalitiesProduct & Customer Coordination- Follow up with customers, gather feedback, and schedule demos or trialsMaintain and update documentation related to device deploymentsDesired Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related fields - 1/2+ years of experience in startup operations, founder support, or project coordination roles - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Great at documentation. - Focussed and values time. - Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Canva, and email platforms - Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented attitude - Willingness to take ownership and work with limited supervision in a dynamic setupPreferred- Previous experience working in a healthtech/medical device startup - Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - Basic understanding of compliance documentation, vendor coordination, and grants - Familiarity with Zoho Suite (CRM, Books), Notion, or similar toolsWhy Join Cureous Labs?- Work directly with the founder on building India’s one of its kind innovative products focussed on geriatric care. - High ownership, high learning, and high visibility environment - Be part of a mission-driven startup revolutionizing long-term patient care - Opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff or Operations Lead as the company scales
