Business Operations & Founder's Office Associate – Marketing Agency

We're looking for a structured, go-getter professional to join us at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd as part of the Founder's Office — someone who loves getting things done, managing projects, and scaling systems.

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and structured professional to work directly with the
Founder on day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and client coordination
for a fast-paced creative marketing agency.

This role blends operations, project management, and strategic thinking — ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people and processes, and ensuring things run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Founder in managing business operations, tracking deliverables, and improving workflows.
  • Act as the bridge between client teams, creative teams, and leadership.
  • Proven track record in setting up SOPs and serving as the main point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Support in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Manage internal coordination, weekly reporting, and performance tracking
  • Support new business pitches, proposals, and project onboarding
  • Identify process gaps and bring structured solutions

We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, business management, or strategy
    (agency/startup preferred)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Someone who loves problem-solving, planning, and bringing order to chaos
  • Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.) familiarity
