Role Description

We are looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with our Founder & Creative Head, Sehba Azhar. This is not a conventional role but an opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of running and scaling a creative agency. You will be working closely with the founder across client engagements, internal teams, and business growth initiatives.

Looking for a calm, composed, and work-passionate individual, who brings dedication and balance to their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate and align internal and client meetings - ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Draft and refine client communication, including emails, decks, and documents.
  • Work on data churning, research, and analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across projects.
  • Bring proactive thinking and solutions to streamline operations.

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with attention to detail (is a must).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Interest in the advertising and marketing industry
  • Ability/understanding to multitask and prioritise.
  • Self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in advertising, marketing, or business management is a plus.
  • 1 / 2 years of experience preferred,
    BUT
    freshers with the right aptitude are most welcome.
