About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and ambitious
Corporate Legal Associate
to join our Founder's Office. This role is ideal for a young legal professional who wants to go beyond routine paperwork and gain
first-hand exposure to corporate law, compliance, contracts, and strategic decision-making
.

You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, assisting in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, managing compliance requirements, and safeguarding the company's legal interests. This position provides a
unique blend of law and business
, giving you a seat at the table where strategic decisions are made.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance under applicable laws.
  • Prepare and send
    legal notices
    and responses, where required.
  • Provide legal research and insights on company policies, contracts, and risk management.
  • Liaise with external law firms or counsels when needed.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and compliance trackers.
  • Assist the Founder's Office in decision-making by offering legal perspectives on business matters.

What We're Looking For

  • BA LLB
    completed from a recognized institution.
  • Cleared the
    Indian Bar Council Exam
    and
    eligible to practice law
    .
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), research, and drafting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Someone eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a
    fast-paced startup/corporate environment
