Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, researching legal issues, and providing analysis and insights. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include communicating with clients, assisting with case preparation, and ensuring adherence to legal standards and protocols. The role requires collaboration within a dynamic work environment, contributing to the firm's success while meeting client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law and the ability to address varied legal issues
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and related drafting skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating legal situations
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with Indian legal systems and processes is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required;
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines with high attention to detail
