About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated
Founder's Office Associate
to work closely with the founding team. This role sits at the intersection of
client success, operations, and strategy
, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while directly interfacing with our customers. You'll be the bridge between the founders, clients, and internal teams—helping us deliver an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Work Closely with the Founders
    – support on strategic projects, operations, and client-facing initiatives.
  • Client Success
    – serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and successful outcomes.
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    – manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Customer-Facing Role
    – represent the company in calls, demos, and meetings with clients and partners.
  • Process & Efficiency
    – identify gaps, streamline workflows, and build systems for scalable growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    – coordinate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align on client priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (comfortable being client-facing).
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in
    customer success, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles
    is a plus.
  • A "builder's mindset" – you thrive on taking ownership and making things happen.
