is an early-stage venture on a mission to bring clarity, trust, and efficiency to India's premium home search journey. We are piloting a Consumer-to-Broker platform designed to simplify communication between homebuyers and brokers, ensuring transparency and professionalism in every interaction.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate for a 3-month assignment (with the potential to convert into a longer-term role). You'll work directly with the founding team to design and execute day-to-day operations, build marketing initiatives, and help us launch our pilot for premium homebuyers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants hands-on exposure to the startup world.

What You Will Do

  • Design and manage day-to-day operations for the pilot launch
  • Support marketing efforts to attract premium homebuyers to the platform
  • Manage property data and listings, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Engage with brokers and potential partners, building strong relationships
  • Help design processes and systems to streamline communication between customers and brokers
  • Track performance metrics and share insights with the founding team

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Bangalore, available for in-person collaboration 2 days per week
  • Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interest in real estate, consumer tech, or startups
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage environment
  • Students in final year, fresh graduates, or early career professionals are welcome
