Role: Founder's Office Intern

We are looking for a 
smart, proactive, and entrepreneurial Intern
 to join the Founder's Office at Carat. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with the founder, gain exposure across multiple functions (strategy, sales, marketing, operations), and learn how to build and scale a business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy Support:
     Assist the founder in research, competitor analysis, and preparing presentations for partners/investors.
  • Sales & Client Support:
     Coordinate with leads from campaigns, schedule meetings/site visits, and maintain CRM data.
  • Marketing Support:
     Work with digital campaigns, social media, and WhatsApp/email outreach.
  • Operations Assistance:
     Help streamline processes, maintain trackers, and follow up with teams for project execution.
  • Special Projects:
     Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives, pilot projects, and new business opportunities identified by the founder.
  • Reporting:
     Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/Telugu).
  • Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PPT/Slides).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior internship experience in startups, real estate, or consulting is a plus (not mandatory).
