**The Role**:
xalts is hiring for the founders' office. The founders are seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for a challenge to build a global fintech firm from the ground up. The role will give you a ringside view of daily operations and associated challenges which come with building a high-growth company spanning 5 countries. The individual will work with the founders on business/company operations and product operations, working on strategic special projects and coordinating between multiple internal & external stakeholders.

**We are seeking someone who is**:

- A hustler operating with discipline (can get things done without breaking anything).
- Has worked with promoters/founders/key stakeholders (hypergrowth setup).
- More operative than disruptive.
- Results-driven and puts a price on their time.

**Career Path**:
We expect this individual to eventually grow in the operations organization to lead Product or Business operations.
