Job Description: Salesforce Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional to manage, customize, and optimize our CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user support, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Create and update objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Handle user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Generate and manage reports & dashboards for business teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
  • Assist in integrations with third-party tools and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and CRM workflows.
  • Experience with data management, imports, and reports.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and business operations.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
