Lead Generation Specialist Job Description Template

Excellent communication and advertisement skills are necessary for effectively managing our marketing activities. Superb speaking and writing skills are also mandatory since you’ll be responsible for presenting our brand to interested audiences through web referrals and organic net traffic.

Our long-term goal is to grow our brand, attract new customers, and promote our product to as large an audience as possible. Your duty is to maintain and constantly generate fresh leads that can be converted to actionable deliverables that will boost our sales drives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving our lead generation campaigns
- Generating new leads to increase brand awareness
- Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs
- Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers
- Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth
- Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources
- Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports

**Requirements**:

- Portfolio of completed projects
- Proven experience in lead generation or lead management
- Familiarity with lead management software, such as RollWorks and Leadfeeder
- Knowledge of customer relationship management programs, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
