Role & responsibilities

Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit Advisors/Agents as per defined targets
  • Provide training to Advisors on products and business processes
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new Advisors

Sales Development & Target Achievement

  • Drive sales performance through the Advisor network
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns to meet business targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Performance Management

  • Monitor and enhance productivity of Advisors
  • Support Advisors in achieving their business goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews

Training & Development

  • Provide ongoing training, refresher sales sessions, coaching, and motivational support
  • Organize workshops and seminars for skill enhancement

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to company compliance and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and enforce process compliance in Advisor interactions

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
  • Candidates with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing will be preferred
  • 1-15 years of experience in agency sales, ideally within insurance, banking, or financial services
  • Exposure to field sales and channel recruitment is an added advantage
