Role & responsibilities
Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit Advisors/Agents as per defined targets
- Provide training to Advisors on products and business processes
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new Advisors
Sales Development & Target Achievement
- Drive sales performance through the Advisor network
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to meet business targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Performance Management
- Monitor and enhance productivity of Advisors
- Support Advisors in achieving their business goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews
Training & Development
- Provide ongoing training, refresher sales sessions, coaching, and motivational support
- Organize workshops and seminars for skill enhancement
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company compliance and regulatory standards
- Monitor and enforce process compliance in Advisor interactions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
- Candidates with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing will be preferred
- 1-15 years of experience in agency sales, ideally within insurance, banking, or financial services
- Exposure to field sales and channel recruitment is an added advantage
