Job Description:

Infojini Inc is looking for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to support and expand business across the US Public Sector and IT Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, opportunity qualification, and supporting business development initiatives in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and connect with decision-makers in IT, Procurement, and HR departments
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
  • Track RFPs/RFQs and support proposal submissions
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and recruitment teams
  • Assist in growing and managing US Public Sector accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales (US market preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in EST hours / night shift
  • Experience in IT Services, Staffing, or Consulting is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
