Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Create and submit high-quality project proposals and bids for IT services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
  • Analyze client requirements, understand their needs, and pitch relevant services.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, track bids, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the technical team to gather insights on project feasibility.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, bidding strategies, and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and client communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
