Primary Responsibility:

Academic Expertise & Content Development

Provide subject expertise to design, review, and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.

Ensure content aligns with academic standards, board requirements, and learning outcomes.

Research and integrate innovative teaching methods and real-world applications into academic resources.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of content developers, instructional designers, and academic associates.

Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training for team members.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Quality Assurance & Coordination

Establish and maintain quality benchmarks for academic content.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (teachers, school leaders, program managers, etc.) to ensure alignment of deliverables.

Review and approve team outputs for accuracy, consistency, and pedagogy.

Troubleshoot academic/subject-related queries from team members and stakeholders.

Innovation & Strategic Contribution

Stay updated on latest trends in education, curriculum frameworks, and digital learning.

Support development of new programs, digital initiatives, and teacher training modules.

Contribute to strategic planning for academic excellence and scalability.
