Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Subject Matter Expert role based in Mumbai. The Subject Matter Expert will provide specialized knowledge and solutions for shipping documentation processes, assist in improving platform features, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to address industry-specific challenges. Responsibilities will include conducting workflow analysis, offering expert advice, and ensuring best practices in the shipping domain are implemented. The individual will serve as the key point of contact for knowledge transfer and training within the organization.

  • Expertise in shipping documentation processes and workflow analysis
  • Problem-solving skills for providing domain-specific solutions and improvements
  • Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
  • Collaboration and team coordination experience
  • Proficient in using shipping platforms or related technologies
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in the shipping industry is highly preferred
