Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 60-70 calls with clients on a daily basis
  • Handle inbound leads (web forms, WhatsApp, incoming calls) promptly
  • Call new leads within 15–30 minutes of receiving an inquiry
  • Qualify the client: assess motivation, financial readiness, country of interest, migration goals
  • Schedule consultations with our senior legal experts
  • Update our CRM and ensure smooth handover to the sales team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and fast information processing
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or pre-sales is a plus
  • Fluent spoken English
