Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Jaipur, India at RSG Stones. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their stone requirements, coordinating orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of natural stone materials or related industry experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
