Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for store-level and support roles.
  • Schedule and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and verify daily attendance reports from stores.
  • Update leave records and ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Support payroll team by sharing attendance inputs on time.

3. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities at store level.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Escalate critical employee concerns to the Regional HRBP.

4. Exit & Documentation

  • Coordinate employee separation process and ensure completion of exit formalities.
  • Collect and verify documents such as resignation letters and clearance forms.
  • Maintain proper employee records (hard & soft copies).

5. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Support HRBP in implementing HR initiatives and policies.
  • Prepare and share HR reports on headcount, attrition, and new joiners.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR MIS reports and trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with 1 year to 2 Years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with HR internship experience can also apply).
  • Local candidates from Goa will be given preference.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and exit.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced QSR environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and support regional HR initiatives effectively
