Work Days: Regular Monday to Friday (Day Shift), Occasionally on Saturdays.
Timing: 10.30 AM PM (8 Hours Shift)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing and Web Solutions team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over web calls and phone calls to promote our digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, web design, and branding solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, and the ability to identify client needs to generate leads and conversions through consultative communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound web calls and telephonic interactions with potential leads to promote company's digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, database follow-ups, and targeted outreach.
- Present company offerings, explain service benefits, and handle client inquiries effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients via email, chat, or video call for nurturing and relationship building.
- Stay updated on current digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services domain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
- Comfortable conducting web-based calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) and using CRM or lead management software.
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Conversion ratio from lead to appointment/demo.
- Client engagement and follow-up success rate.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
