Position Summary:

The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing & Communications function at Renaissance Goa — Marriott International's newest lifestyle hotel in North Goa. This role assists in executing brand-aligned marketing, digital, and PR initiatives that position the hotel and its restaurants as dynamic destinations for discovery.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the executive helps drive day-to-day marketing operations — from content creation and digital campaigns to PR, influencer collaborations, and events — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Renaissance brand voice and storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support execution of the annual marketing and communications plan for the hotel, F&B venues, and spa.
* Coordinate content creation and social media calendars across platforms.
* Liaise with agencies (creative, PR, digital, production) and vendors for campaign execution.
* Assist in planning and promoting PR hotel events.
* Liaise with influencers for the PR calendar and organize influencer collaborations and FAM trips.
* Help and coordinate the updating of content across digital platforms, the hotel website, OTA channels, and partner listings.
* Support photography, videography, and creative shoots — including briefing, coordination, and post-production.
* Manage and update marketing collaterals, digital listings, and on-property communication materials.
* Track campaign performance and assist with reporting, insights, and competitor benchmarking.
* Maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, Rooms, and Sales teams to ensure consistent storytelling and guest engagement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any stream with strong communication skills; a background in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
* 0–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
* Creative mindset with strong coordination, writing, and digital skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Adobe, and social media management tools preferred.
* A curious, proactive, and collaborative personality — passionate about storytelling and design.
* A learner's mindset is crucial — with openness to explore, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
