Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships (Europe Region)
to drive business growth through strategic cybersecurity partnerships across Europe. This role requires a strong partnership-building mindset, understanding of the European cybersecurity ecosystem, and proven experience managing channel partners, MSSPs, and technology alliances.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build and scale our partner network, accelerate revenue, and strengthen Seceon's position as a trusted cybersecurity innovator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across Europe (MSSPs, VARs, Distributors, Technology Alliances)
  • Develop a robust partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy for European markets
  • Drive joint pipeline creation, sales acceleration, and revenue growth through partners
  • Maintain strong partner relationships through regular engagement, performance tracking, and enablement programs
  • Collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns, partner events, and co-branding efforts
  • Work with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and technical support to ensure partner success
  • Monitor cybersecurity market trends, competition, and compliance requirements in Europe
  • Prepare progress reports and business plans for leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in
    cybersecurity channel/partnership
    roles
  • Strong understanding of the
    European cybersecurity market
    and partner ecosystem
  • Proven track record in
    partner acquisition and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as
    HubSpot
    and
    Zoominfo
  • Ability to independently handle C-level discussions and business negotiations
  • Experience working with distributed global teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling Europe-based partner events like
    CISO events, Infosec Europe, it-sa
    , etc.
  • Existing relationships with cybersecurity MSSPs and distributors in Europe
  • Understanding of MDR, SOC, SIEM, threat detection, and cloud security solutions
