Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:

  2. Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance the companys market presence and reputation.

  3. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials. o Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content to support brand initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze brand performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve branding goals.

  5. Strategic Partnerships:

  6. Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the companys goals and objectives.

  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  8. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the partnership lifecycle from initiation to execution and evaluation.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnerships.

  10. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  11. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  12. Develop and implement strategic plans to leverage market opportunities and mitigate risks.
  13. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

  14. Campaign Development and Management:

  15. Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

  16. Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  17. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  18. Event Management:

  19. Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to promote the brand and build partnerships.

  20. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

  21. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  22. Work closely with sales, marketing, and recruitment teams to align branding and partnership efforts with business objectives.

  23. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

Qualifications:


• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


• Proven experience in brand management and strategic partnerships, preferably within the recruitment or related industry.


• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.


• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.


• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
