Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Partnership Manager. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential partners, managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. The role includes negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure partner success, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic partnership development
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and trend identification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
