The Role
Our Senior Recruiter will be a strategic partner, critical to our team's success and growth. They will utilize their full-cycle recruiting expertise, from advanced sourcing to candidate negotiation, to attract top talent. This role requires a data-driven approach, exceptional management and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience. You will be instrumental in shaping our culture and building a strong, high-performing team. This role is a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1) End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Drive the entire recruitment process from requisition to successful hire, owning all stages including role definition, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
2) Multi-Platform Sourcing & Pipelining: Master the art of sourcing through top-ranked platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri, as well as niche sites like AngelList or Cutshort.
Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with passive candidates to establish a strong network.
3) Expert Candidate Assessment & Interviewing: Ensure the quality of every hire by conducting thorough and insightful evaluations. Screen and interview candidates with a focus on both technical skills and cultural fit.
4) Candidate Experience & Brand Ambassadorship:Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a professional, engaging process. Act as a passionate brand ambassador, effectively conveying our company's culture and value proposition to attract and excite candidates.
5) Data-Driven Strategy & Optimization: Use recruitment analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to refine and optimize our hiring process.Provide valuable market insights and competitor analysis to inform our talent strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
6) Offer Negotiation & Closing: Guide the candidate through the final stages, answering any remaining questions about the offer, start date, or onboarding process. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining the candidate's verbal and written acceptance through efficient negotiation, leading to successful closures and onboarding.
Preferred candidate profile :
1) Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening profiles, interviewing, and shortlisting the best-fitted candidates with successful onboarding.
2) Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and current market trends. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. The candidate must be proficient in using top-rated job portals.
3) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
4) Education:Postgraduate Candidates:A master's degree in human resource management or related fields is highly preferred.
Graduate Candidates: A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a relevant discipline is required, with specialization or coursework in human resource management being advantageous.
5) Attributes: A strategic mindset, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
6) Leadership: Experience in mentoring or guiding junior recruiters and collaborating with cross-functional teams is desirable.
