Role Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end

technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring top talent across

multiple technology domains, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving recruitment

strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level technical roles &

leadership roles across various domains (Software Development, Cloud, Data

Engineering, DevOps, Security, etc.).

● Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning

and role requirements.

● Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels: LinkedIn

Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking, and employee referrals.

● Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for technical and cultural fit.

● Lead salary negotiations and manage offer-to-joining conversions with minimal

dropouts.

● Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.

● Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source of hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and provide

regular dashboards/reports.

● Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring best practices are followed.

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring

strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 9–12 years of proven experience in leadership hiring (in-house or agency).

● Strong exposure to IT hiring across product companies, startups, or large enterprises.

● Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and

Boolean search techniques.

● Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience in ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
