PANAM is a 25-year global company that manufactures and provides instrumentation solutions. Our product range is widely distributed among different categories like – Fittings, Tubings, Valves – Ball, Needle, Check Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Manifolds, Double and Single Block and Bleed, Condensate Pots, Sampling Cylinders etc. We currently have our manufacturing facilities located in Prantij, Gujarat and Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in the design & development of Valves e.g., Trunnion mounted Ball valves, Cryogenic Valves, High Pressure Valves( Needle Valves, NRV's ), Fittings and DBB Valves.

Job Responsibilities:

· Quality Control Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for fitting and valve manufacturing.

· Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished valves.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Generate reports and certificates of compliance for each batch of valves.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

· Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.

· Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive the implementation of corrective action plans to address quality concerns.

· Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to fitting and valve manufacturing. Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards.

Training: Provide training to production and quality control staff on quality processes, procedures, and best practices.

Skills Require:

· Handling of TPI

· Knowledge of various standards, quality, auditing, and investigation

· ISO certification and audits handling

· Teamwork and Collaboration

· Knowledge of quality management system, Testing Methodology,

· Problem Solving abilities.

· Able to analyze every aspect of a product and system.

· Good Interpersonal Communication

Should be able to perform under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
