A **tender executive** is responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. They are responsible for ensuring that the company’s tender submissions are of high quality and submitted on time. The following are some of the key responsibilities of a tender executive:

- **Collating and analyzing information**: Tender executives are responsible for gathering and analyzing information from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for tender submissions.
- **Preparing tender documents**: Tender executives are responsible for preparing all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid. They also prepare pre-qualification of tender documents and pre-bid queries.
- **Coordinating with management**: Tender executives work closely with the management team to decide upon the opportunities and discuss pre-tender related queries such as due date extensions, tender call, technical issue resolution, etc.
- **Submitting tenders**: Tender executives are responsible for submitting tenders on time and ensuring that they are of high quality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
