We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in generating leads, handling online bidding platforms, building client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, etc.).
  • Manage online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) to generate leads and secure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project management) to deliver client solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT / software services).
  • Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
