Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Infra L2 Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring network security, and managing networking infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for resolving complex IT issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting in the optimization of IT systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to ensure reliable issue resolution
  • Proficiency in Information Technology systems management
  • Expertise in Network Security practices and protocols
  • Experience with Networking principles and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
